Join us for Primary Health Care’s 2026 Together for Health fundraiser as we celebrate 45 years of service to central Iowa! This year's annual event, presented by Molina Healthcare, honors PHC's extraordinary history and all those who have made our mission possible for so many years. Together for Health supports healthcare access and supportive services for all people, especially those who face barriers to care. With 10 clinics and service locations across central Iowa, Primary Health Care provides comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health care to nearly 40,000 patients a year, regardless of their ability to pay.
