As you know, PHC serves central Iowans who face significant barriers to healthcare, ensuring that their medical, dental and behavioral health needs are met with compassion and dignity. We offer supportive services and enabling assistance unique from any other health system in central Iowa.
We’ve reached a critical point where the demand for our services has surpassed our capacity to provide them. Our medical clinic located at 1200 University Ave. in Des Moines, is in urgent need of renovation and expansion to accommodate the increasing number of patients seeking our care. The expansion is particularly crucial as we work to address the pressing need for behavioral health services in our community.
To turn this vision into a reality, we’re embarking on a fundraising campaign to raise the necessary funds for the renovation and expansion. We recognize the immense value of collaboration and partnerships in achieving our goal.
